PALDEN SHERAB PEMA LING RETREAT CENTER
Palden Sherab Pema Ling Retreat Center means “Lotus Land of Glorious Wisdom” It is a place of spiritual rejuvenation – a sanctuary of natural beauty where outer peace and harmony foster inner healing and tranquility. Its namesake is Ven. Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche. He and Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche had dreamed for years of creating a Buddhist retreat center in South Florida.
This land was purchased in 2014 through the generosity of many Sangha members and friends of the Padmasambhava Buddhist Center and with the blessings of the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Construction began in late 2018 and the beautiful temple was consecrated in 2022.

In addition to a weekly practice on Saturday mornings, Pema Ling Retreat Center is the location for the yearly Winter Dzogchen Retreat, where members from our many communities across the US and abroad come together to receive teachings.
The Dzogchen teachings are the highest and most direct teachings of the Buddha Shakyamuni on the nature of mind. They show us how to discover our own inner beauty and realize everlasting peace for ourselves and all beings. Ven. Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche gives these rare and essential heart instructions according to the great masters of the past. These direct and profound teachings impart the critical points and central supports for all practitioners to maintain to keep our practice fresh, alive, and beneficial for everyone.
